- Tout reliquat inférieur à HT 200 € H ne sera pas géré.
EUROPE (Espagne, Italie, Portugal, Belgique, Pays-bas, Luxembourg, Allemagne)
- Opening order : minimum of EUR 1,500
- Repeat order : minimum of EUR 300
- Shipping : Free shipping for all orders above EUR 1,500 or fees calculated based on the volume/weight of the order
- Flat rate of EUR 90 charged for delivery for all orders below EUR 600
- Payment terms : proforma or 30 days TBC
- Delivery time : 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the business period)
- Back orders : automatically deleted under EUR 200
UK, SUISSE, NORVÈGE
- Opening order : minimum of EUR 1,500
- Repeat order : minimum of EUR 600
- Shipping : Free shipping for all orders above EUR 2,500 (in DAP so excluding duties) or fees calculated based on the volume/weight of the order
- Payment terms : proforma or 30 days TBC
- Delivery time : 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the business period)

- Shipping : We do not deliver to your country but can ship to a freight forwarder in France or Europe (FCA) or you can collect the goods directly at our warehouse (EXW)
- Payment terms : proforma or 30 days TBC
- Delivery time : 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the business period)
- Back orders : won’t be processed
USA
- Opening order : minimum of USD 1,000
- Repeat order : minimum of USD 500
- Shipping : Free shipping for all orders above USD 2,000 (otherwise flat rate is USD 120)
UPS Express avg 5-day delivery – condition DAP door to door
(custom duties to be paid upon delivery) - Payment terms : 50% upon PO confirmation 50% before shipment (via Paypal with no charge)
