Procedure and conditions imperative to execute for a merchandise return to be taken into account and be dealt with by our services as soon as possible.

Here are our return conditions:

- Articles must imperatively be packed and folded in the original state
- The return good must be present in the return package
- If the return conditions are not respected, the goods will not be resumed or exchanged and will be returned in a reliquatory or an ongoing order.
