8.  Applicable law and litigation

Since Dubos is established in French territory, our company is subject to the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended to computers, files and freedoms and, more broadly, to General Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of data ("RGPD").
